Massa on Federal Budget: Time for Common Sense Fiscal Restraint

(WXXI) - President Obama’s 3.8-trillion dollar budget proposal has raised objections from both sides of the aisle.

Republicans generally contend it doesn’t go far enough to trim deficits while increasing taxes too much.

Western New York Congressman Eric Massa, a Democrat, says he wants to see less spending growth.

And he’s already found one line item he finds particularly disturbing.
